I received a call out of the blue... I thought what now? It can only mean trouble when the bank calls you I thought! Instead, I was pleasantly surprised, when the call centred around "saving me money" and improving fiancial cash flow. It was only a few days from receiving the call (from Shimona) to concluding the required transactions. Her service has been excellent, fast, efficient and more importantly added value to me!! Thank you and well done!!..now you can understand why I bank with the Bank (Standard Bank) I do!!
