After having the worst service from standard bank in centurion with regards to our 3rd home loan, we were very pleasantly surprised to find ourselves dealing with Suzette (now our personal banker). Her service is absolutely outstanding, as she has the customer's best interest at heart and is super efficient.
We sincerely hope that Standard Bank would take a leaf out of Suzette super service book, and a lot more customers would be over the moon.
