Not able to assist

I have applied for an additional card on my credit card during December, but my ebucks points earned does not reflect this. I have phoned the private banking line, but they could not help me and referred me to ebucks. I phoned ebucks - Maronja Mabuvela Ref: 1-51402184 and she was unwilling to help me either and in turn referred me back to FNB. So to some it up FNB wants ebucks to sort it out and ebucks says FNB must sort it out... I would appreciate your assistance.
