UNAUTHORISED DEBIT

I CALLED FNB ON THE 25.10.2013 AND SPOKE TO LLELWELEN WHO SAID ITS FINE I HAVE TILL THE 30.10.2013 TO MAKE PAYMENT, HE IS VERY INCOMPENTANT BEACAUSE OF HIM NOT PUTTING HIS NOTES ON THE SYSTEM THE COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT JUST DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT.
I CALLED ON THE 26.10.2013 AND SPOKE TO KELEBOHHILE SHE SAID ITS FINE THEY WILL REFUND ME THE MONEY AS SHE SAW ON THE SYSTEM I HAD TILL THE 8TH OF NOVEMBER TO MAKE PAYMENT.
I THEN CALLED AGAIN AND SPOKE TO GENON ABBOTT WHO THEN CHANGED THE STORY AROUND AND SAID THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME THE MONEY AS ITS AN FNB ACCOUNT. GOSH I AM SO FED UP WITH FNB.
THIS IS NOT THE FORST TIME I HAD A PROBLEM WITH FNB
I DONT UNDERSTAND IF YOU MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT WHY DEBIT
I MA DEFINTELY CHANGING BANKS THIS IS JUST ANNOYING
HOW DO I SURVIVE FOR THE MONTH?
FNB IS THE WORST BANK EVER
I WANT SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME ASAP!!!
