DON'T KEEP TO THEIR PROMISE

ON THE 2ND OF APRIL I SENT CLAIM FORM'S FOR THE CLAIM'S AFTER A WEEK I PHONE TO CHECK IF THEY GOT IT, THEY GAVE ME REF.NO.359004, CLAIM NO'S760491/760486 AND THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE 7 TO 14 DAYS BUT NO ASSESSOR HAS DEAL WITH IT. I PHONED AGAIN YESTERDAY I WAS TOLD THE SAMETHING THAT NO ONE IS LOOKING AT IT. MY QUESTION IS WHY THEY LIKE TO KEEP US WAITING FOR NOTHING AND AFTER A MONTH THEY WILL ASK FOR ANOTHER REQUIREMENT'S. THIS IS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT AND ACCEPTABLE AND THEY ARE FAILING TO DELIVER THEIR SERVICE., BUT THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO TAKE PREMIUMS' .
