I was involved in a minor accident in Benoni.
Outsurance was very efficient until today when I collected my vehicle.
The vehicle was repaired by Pro Quick Autobody.
On arriving Hennie was very eager to get me to finish my inspection and move on to signing for the approval of repair.
After doing so I got into my vehicle and started the engine. a Airbag fault light came on and I switched off the car called Hennie and asked him about this.
The workshop manager Steven then told me I would have to take the car to cailtex a auto electric repair centre that they used. I was not happy but took the car. They could not fix it and I went back to Pro auto insisting they repair my vehicle to the same condition I gave it to them.
They phoned Outs and informed me that I would have to prove it was as a result of the accident. This sounded out of place and I contacted Outs would very rudely told me the same and also informed me That they will not give me another replacement vehicle. They were not willing to help me until I could give this proof. I am thus currently driving a vehicle without Abags and my personal safety is at risk due to their action. Wonder who is bending over know?
