This issue started after i had made my last payment with Sterling debtors, where they notified me of an amount of money i had in credit (R800) of which i had to follow up with Standard bank and have done so numerous times. On the 9th of April i got a call from Maline Mabula explaining to me that Sterling had made an error i was not liable for the refund BUT reassured me that Standard will pay me after all. But since then from the 9th April i've waiting for the amount to be refunded. Maline says their accounts department is having a technical error for refunds.
Now in the technology world that we leaving in and Standard bank being such a huge bank i think they just pulling my leg, i just wish someone can just be honest as to whats really happening. I was told the process will take 2 days and it is now 8 days from last week Tuesday and 3 weeks since all this started being taken back and forth.
