In May of last year I had worked for Lipco and the company had taken out retirement policies for their staff. I had Baron Erasmus from Metropolitian Life sing a song about how good Metropolitian is so I took out a retirement policy with Baron. Well, it so happens Barron left Metropolitian Life to work for Discovery and I, at the very same time left LIPCO to get back into practice. I phoned Metropolitian to inform then of my move. SO happens they did nothing about it. Then I phone and find out that Caroline Binedell was handling LIPCO . I explained my dilema to her she tells me my policy has lapsed and needs to be reinstated, she comes home i sign all the paper work that is in January 2013 to date it has not been reinstated. I phone the manager to complain she gives me her email addy... guess what it does not work. Do these people not want my money how can their service be so poor I am utterly disappointed.
