Last year I realised that my credit card balance is not coming down, I did some investigating and realised that ABSA is not charging me the 5% of the amount owed, but in actual fact 2.5%, I went in to the Tygervalley branch and queried this and the lady behind the table could not answer me, so I changed my debit order to R500.00 a month and which according to my bank statement never came into effect.

Now this is totally unacceptable, I have been paying my credit card for the last four or so years and my balance have dropped barely, this is distastefully and offensive. I as a consumer deserve better than this.
