Incorrect deductions and no pay back

On 5 April 2013 a transaction went off double on my account. The shop said it's a mistake on Absa's side and that I would be credited within the next 24 hours.

It has been 2 weeks now and I still have not yet received my money back.
I have been to the bank at least 3 times, phoned numerous times as well and no one can tell me when I will be receiving my money back. The first visit to the bank they said one week, after one week I went back, the asked give it another day or 2, we are going on 2 weeks now and still no money and no answers.

The lady at the bank is doing her best, but no one can give her or me an answer as to when I can get my money back.

So I am paying for Absa or Northern Paarl Spar's mistake.

I don't just have money just laying around. I work off a budget and no my budget is way off and it is affecting my way of living.

I need my money back ASAP. This is NOT my fault yet I am paying for it (petrol, telephone fees, having to re-budget and find other resources)
