So much for being the better insurance option

I called in to the call centre this week, got a call back from caven, I was looking @ getting an insurance quotation to see if it would be better than my existing policy with another company. after going through the motions the consultants "lovely negotiated ate" was R1000 higher than my current policy, he said he would chat to his boss quickly and then came back saying that they would match it. I mentioned that it would not be worthwhile to move as just matching. he asked to let me know within this week, however nothing mentioned about there R400 if we cant beat your quote promotion, which I happened to c on tv that night. I was called by anther outsurance member the next and advised to email caven about it. his reply was that he was under the impression that I was going to take the policy. after sending everything though to thando, awesome service, Janine potgieter emailed me to say I don't qualify for the R4oo as I am not the policy holder, as per page 3 of the attached policy I sent them clearly states I have been for 5 years she replied but it was captured as MR N weyers? so error from admin department of outsurance??? its all there in BLACK & WHITE!
