I signed up with Liquid capital in December and when i had to claim for a service they failed to deliver as promised. So i decided to cancel the policy with them, i called them, filled my cancellation form and sent it back on the 18th April 2013.But from today i have not received any feedback, the policy has not been cancelled yet. I have called them to follow up and i was still not assisted. They are not doing anything from their site and neither are they willing to meet me half way. They want me to give up and let everything go in vain. They used to bother me with calls when they wanted me to join and now that i want to cancel they do not attend to my query.
