I have paid in full my RCS account over a month ago. The account has as yet not been removed from my ITC profile, nor have I received the "paid up letter" that I have asked for (and been promised) no less than 5 times in that short period.
I keep getting told "You'll have it in 24hours".
Should I not have my paid up letter by 18/04/2013 noon, I will be contacting the consumer advocate's office, followed by a call to the NCR.
Pull up your socks RCS, I am disgusted at your poor service, not t mention the hundreds of Rands I have had to spend on phone calls to request my paid up letter - which should have been issued promptly after account settlement as per the NCA.
