BLUE BEAN CREDIT CARD

I was given the run around on how to apply for a freaking blue bean card firstly. Then after I applied on line (which by the way you cannot personalise the card if you are a first time customer, because the option doesn't allow you to.) a day after I applied a lady called from Standard bank asking me to send all my docs to them, which I did the same day. It is now day 12 after my application and they have ONLY NOW sent me an sms stating that my documents were unreadable (after I faxed AND emailed it to them!!!) I called Standardbank to complain, which they put me through to the complaints department which in turn slammed the phone in my ear.
I then phoned new business and complained some more, to which the manager Fizile informed me that he will call up my information and see what I need to resend. This was in the morning. Now it is 03:51 in the afternoon and I have still not heard about them. I expect someone to get back to me if they say they going to get back to me in a few minutes.
Standard bank's customer service is pathetic!
