Lack of urgency in resolving credit

I reported suspected credit card on my account mid March. Someone had withdrawn R1000 from my account on 6/03/2013. The problem is that my card hasn't worked for quite some time. The branch insinuated that I withdrew the cash, event though I was nowhere near the area where it happened. No body came back to me regarding the query in more than 3 weeks. I had to go back to them, only to be told that my card should only expire in 2016, and not in 2015 as stated on the card. Thus it shows up expired when I use it. Funny then, that "I" managed to withdraw R1000 from my account in a area far from where I were, with a card that is expired.
I logged a complaint on their Website, they emailed me back, asking for my ID, only for all my replies to fail when sent. Maybe its time to go join Steve...
