It takes forever for a phone to be answered. Then you get a rude, irritable staff member answering and acting as though they are doing you a favour by keeping you on the line.
Promises that this company makes is TABOO! 4 weeks have now become 3 months and still no luck
This seems to be the only way to have a say in the matter, as phone calls are really rather useless.
What are we to do???
