No assistance at all

Good Day Multidestinationsclub,

While I am holding on for the "premium" service which is promised as soon as you have 120 per year, I thought lets see if I can type this message before they answer... When trying to go online to make a booking, the website says I have zero points available.. I have now been trying for the 5th day just to get through to any consultants who can help me. I guess they are still talking about the festive season places they can book before it comes on the website available for the public.

Can you please provide me with the following information:
1. Why do I have zero points online?
2. Who is the person that is dealing with my account?
3. I have a 50% voucher, how does this work?
4. How do I transfer my points to DAE, at least they answer the phones when calling.

Hope you can respond on this, as I will from now on use this site to communicate to you as I see you at least respond here.
