No initiative, Bad Service

Due to the nature of this complaint, there is quite a bit of sensitive information which I will disclose with the RM if they even get in contact with me.

Basically, I did not earn eBucks after making a substantial deposit to my new FNB account for the month of March. I also did not receive the 5000 points I should have as a new customer. I am now chasing after FNB to give me what I rightfully deserve as well as what I should have been given.

I expect a call from a RM by no later than COB tomorrow to discuss this matter and if I don't receive a call then I will be forced to close this account by COB Friday. There are a lot more FSPs today that offer much better if not competitively even benefits and I will not hesitate to move if the circumstance forces my hand to do so

I will provide full details once I receive a call from an RM or someone senior. I do not want to speak to an agent or team leader. I want someone to speak to that actually has mandate to escalate my query
