I have a R/A policy which matured 01-03-13. Application re disbursement instructions was mailed on 14-02-13 and another sent registered mail on 07-03-13. Due to postal strike latter received by coy on 04-04-13. Intially advised via email that my application was incomplete. Transpires that I had printed and completed the application on both sides of the paper whereas they were only able to scan one side of the paper. Accordingly they were unable to view pages 2, 4 and 6 of the appliction and requested that I resubmit these pages. This I refused to do without an explanation as to why they could not photocopy and scan the "missing" pages, alternatively combine the two applications I had sent into a single 6 page application. Despite numerous emails the matter has not been resolved and the current status is that they now claim not having received the application submitted via registered mail. A further bone of contention is that it does not state on the application document nor was I advised when the application form was initially emailed to me that the application may not be completed on both sides of the paper.
