I was served today at work with a garnishing order for an outstanding account, the court stamp date is 08/04/2013, however i was under debt counselling at this time, i am supposed to be protected CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT.
Hence why i went under debt counselling!!
I want this order revoked immediately this is against the cpa law!
