I am completey frustated with the service from STD bank. The credit card I had from them was handed over to Attorneys and was settled in July 2012. The lawyers kindly provided me with a settlement letter, but due to a credit card being revolving credit I was told by a credit provider that I need a closure letter from STD Bank in order to provide me with credit.
It's been 9 months now, and I've lost my patience. The branch that i went to in Salt River (Cape Town) cannot pick up anything on my ID, the call center staff - at STD Bank, Bluebean and their legal department - are so unhelpful putting me through to Tom, & Harry and nobody can type the words: THIS ACCOUNT IS CLOSED.
This freaking card expired in 2009, what is wrong with you people??!!??
