I must say that i was veryt pleased and satisfied at the customer service that I experienced
at the Telesure Assessment centre in Durban, When I entered with my vehicle, the security
guard greeted me by my Name and then Iwas welcomes by a Mr Allan Mulqueeny who was prompt for the appointment, he then assessed the vehicle while i waited at a coffee area. Mr Allan was efficiet and professional in his duties, after the assessment, he took me through the assessment of the vehicle, Allan made a huge difference to me, he is a very valued employee at tele sure, Well Done Allan!!!
