Still no feedback regarding the unauthorized debit order.
I have since submitted a complaint to premium banking. The said that that my money was debited by Discovery Card and they do not have access to that system. I am now very confused, because the reference on my bank statement read FNB CARD. And at branch level I was advised that the payment may not be reversed, that the need consent form FNB CARD to do so???
I have the reference number for the formal complaint that was laid on my behalf. I am not happy about the response that I have received (no response) Maybe it would help if I referred the matter to the Ombudsman, let him decide what is fair and what is not.
