I am really angry at this company which am not even sure what their service is. A month ago (end of September 2013). The first debit order went through, somehow i did not take note, then on the 31st of October, they debited again on the first of October. This double debiting drew my attention to this unauthorised debit. I then followed up with the bank (which gave me their contact details). I spoke to a certain lady who advised that someone would call me from their side within 3working days. 3days later, I am still waiting. Im really not happy, its to debit without the account holder's consent!!! I want the debit order to be stopped!
