Well I'm Not even gone say hi... I'm Mr Opperman I Have been with Outsurance now from 2008 till date... never claimed anything and I did update my profile in 2010 after the birth of my first Girl... Now my profile is back to the original state is was in 2008... I DIDN'T CHANGE IT??? so somewhere there is a huge problem @ Outsurance... Thy Still haven't phoned me back and still no word on my claim that I'm "not covered for" I'm Trying to close my profile there, but even that has been unsuccessful, I'm Dun with YOU forever, you changed my profile wit out my notice and you have taken money out of my account last year for a few months as well and still that money hasn't been replaced as well, I will also Take this to all of the social networks I'm on and My voice will be heard, I also know people @ the star and beeld... I may not be a huge customer, but I'm a customer. YOU HAVE FAILED ME OUTSURANCE, BADLY...
