DON"T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENT'S

Took out a loan with Capitec, decided to consolidate my loan and pay it off but I have not received any feedback, I phoned the call centre was reffered to the branch (In Pretoria) after the visit to the branch I was refrd to the lawyes ------ phoned the law firm but was refferred back to the branch... all I wanted is the amouht I owe them in order to pay it off but NO I WAS TAKEN FROM PILLAR TO POST
