Extremely dissapointed

I went into your Musgrave Branch on 2nd April to apply for a bond loan, knowing that this is my bank which will be able to assist me I expected to get the best service - I was in the bank for more than 3 hours filling in the documentation and issuing the consultant with all the relevant documentation - At the time of submitting my application I had advised the consultant that I was previously unemployed and as a result has some outstanding accounts some of which were older than 3 years and that I the urgency of this app - I was assisted with great service at that time and was informed by the consultant that she will submut the application and if need be I can produce the all supprting documentation in order to show that I was paying towards these accounts - whilst I was there I was offered to upgrade my account to a Gold cheque account based on my earning - which I excepted thinking that my bank (nedbank) was looking out in my intersted - withing 48 hours I received an sms stating that my card was ready wo be collected - I was wowed by the service, what has dissappointed me the most and a decision of moving my banking is when I was told this afternoon afte
