I have recently being retrenched from work and being trying to make arrangments with all my creditors to avoid my accounts being in arrears and bad ITC abviously, i have been struggling to get response from MFC, have sent all documents they required from me this has been going on since the 25th of March, today a lady fromcollection called me with no background on my query, i explained to her what the issue is, and she said to me, WELL, THE ONLY OPTION I HAVE TO TO LET MY ACCOUNT GO INTO ARRERS AS WE ASSISTED YOU LAST YR JUNE?? maybe im missing somehig here, i have been laid off work, idont have a job and looking for one, alli need is some grace on repayments, for me to concetrate on finding employment and not worry about my debts, surely arrangement like this are acceptable??? but for a supervisor to tell me to let my account go into arrears, that is really not an advise to give a human being, or to write a strong motivation for MFC management to consider my requeste??? what could be considered a strong motivation than me not having m=employment at the moment due to retrenchment, iam really disappointed, initial when i called they said it can be done, im lost for words
