No feedback, no follow up

Cancelled service plan on vehicle that was written off. Sent in papers for cancellation. Didn't receive any feedback on documentation received. Phone numerous times to follow up with no clear answers. First saying that they still need documentation for insurance, then saying that all is cancelled waiting for payment, then calling later they see that plan is still active on the system. Each time promises that I will definitely be called back before business day end but guess what?? NO FEEDBACK and still in the dark to what is happening...
