I deposited an amount of 490 to south african nursing council using lady frere fnb atm the transaction was unsuccesfull bt th money was taken by th machine, I was thn told to go to th branch that is queenstown branch for a refund.in th mean time I deposited that amount again to avoid it being late, I went to queenstown branch I told the consultant I want the money handy because I already deposited it then I was told to come again after a week to collect it, when I came the same consultant told me they deposited it, I asked why he said I didn't put it down that I want it handy and I told him you never say that to me, I asked him to reverse it and he said he can't I'm the one who must contact nursing council, but I feel is their job to do so I even went to the manager he didn't help me, I'm finding dificult in calling nursing council, as I'm writting I have not been refunded of that money.please help
