I reported a case against a tertiary institution with concrete evidence supporting my grievance. Upon receiving unrelated correspondence from the institution Warren concluded I had no case, eventually the matter was then taken over by Tshegofatso... she too seems to be out of her depth and does not comprehend the matter at hand. In essence it seems the people employed and being dumbed 'attorneys' or 'lawyers' sound more like low level paralegals.
I shall be cancelling be membership in the next couple of days.
