I have previously complained about client legal and still the case is not sorted out. What am i paying them to do. It is probably time to move to a different company as i get no joy from the people that work there they are incompetent and can not even spell. I have waisted too much time and energy on this and nothing ever gets sorted out. They send letter of demands to people who does not even exists so how can this issue be resolved? They also never return calls as they promise and i have to keep calling them back which is also a waste of time because nobody ever knows what is going on. In the mean time to that my money is walking around as if there is nothing wrong. All that clientele can say is that they can apparently never find this person which is rubbish as i know for a fact that he is at the adress that has been given to clientele legal. What do i pay them for if they cannot ever help. I want this case to be sorted out ASPS. Thank you
