No Feed back, uninterested, extremely slow service

I had been driven into by a lady who was insured with outsurance. For obv reasons her insuarance (outsurance) had to repair my vehicle. the accident happened on the 21st January and im still waiting for the claim, i ALWAYS have to call to follow up, the phone agent has a non interested attitude and keep making empty promises and false information. eventually after much stress even trying to deal with his manager Atmos the claim got approved, I asked how long it would take till I can get my car fixed. Thabang promised a MAX of 15 working days and its been alot longer now! he promises that the funds have been sent and it will take an additional 5 working days and still nothing, I am tired of getting to even after asking if I can get a quote from outsurance to get insured by them but due to the poor service quality and disgusting customer realtions I WILL go out of my way to take my whole family off OUTsurance as thre is about 11 memebers of my family who are insured by them and I will warn them and them about the poor service quality as I do not want them to go through this. "bending over backwards" prove it!!!
