We reported a matter with scorpion since a year ago which several advisors attended the matter until Luvhuno handed the matter to the claims department for further action. A consultant Kimera Singh was responsible for appointing attorneys (Basson attorneys in Pretoria and Christel Liebenberg being our representing attorney) to represent us and since november 2012, the matter has failed to be resolved by scorpion and attorneys since the day we reported and even after aggrieved has send acknowledging e-mail to pay which they are failing to reach conclusion or continue with the court action to gain money owed to us. The scorpion and attorneys are worst ever since we sent every document requested but dont get the results of what we are paying for, we need the answers or the matter should be further dealt by ombudsman for lawyers or legal. We tired of empty promises and need a resolution before the end of september and a refund as promised made by such people who owe us. If not then scorpion has to take responsibility of refunding us what we claimed, failure to attend to the matter will result in obtaining further assistance to challenge scorpion and attorneys and assuring case closure.
