PATHETIC... is an understatement to define FNB

In December 2012, I had run out of funds in order to make repayments, due to loss of employment in June. I sent a request to FNB for payment break till March, in order to avoid unnecessary interest being charged. I received no response in terms of that request, yet we are continously urged to contact them for such. From January, I have been receiving calls from various Agents on a daily basis... seeking payment, I refered them to the e-mail I sent via online "contact us" option as falsely advertised on their Online banking. My account was then refered to MCBDS - 49011502097770 - a Mr Govender handled the matter and advised of a payment arrangement amounting to R1500 for the 28 March... I made payment, and as agreed with Mr Govender, I am due to make another payment for R1500 at the end of April 2013... To my f*n surprise, FNB was involved again, sending me Final Notices for urgent payment of R4 729.00 whereas I am supposed to be liaising with MCBDS for month ending in April. I further received an sms from Attorneys Barrett & Associates REF: FNBC 57318 for settlement, I called and advised of the above and they couldn't help further... That's just the pathetic service I received.
