No feed back or service at all

I will personal like to say that this is by far the worst company I ever had any contact with.

I asked them nu meres times to contact me in connection with my policy and no one has even bothered to reply on my emails to them.
I send an email to cancel my policy with them and still no response.

You customer service is by far the worst I ever had any where. You are very fast to take money but not to help any one.
I will never in my life refer any body to you or open a policy with you ever again.
