I applied on wednesday 10 april, online then I called to confirm details. I was told I would receive a response within 48 hours. However I'm still waiting, I have called back on 4 other occasions since then. Evertime I get the same response. Wf are still doing checks? It is almost 7 days later? What is the hold up? All I want to know is yes or no.
If this is customer service I do not know?
