I requested information regarding debit orders via e-mail on 18 March 2013, but no response. The telephone numbers on the e-mail adress of the dedicated person dealing with is no longer in existence, as well as telephone numbers on documents provided on the internet. After obtaining the correct number I lefte several messages, but no response.
