Poor Service from Secubond, No Feedback

I have applied for a Homeloan through Secubond and received confirmation that I will receive an answer within 1 to 2 weeks. I have followed up through E-mail and tried to contact them through use of the listed contact telephone numbers. I have received a standard response via E-mail "Hello JoleneWe will keep you informed should there any request from the banks for additional documents. Be assure of our best services at all times. Warm Regards" To date I have left messages on the listed phone nrs and have not received any feedback. I have now decided to revert to SAHomeloans for assistance. Documents weresubmittedon 3 July and the only enquiry that was listed on ITC from a bank was on the 9th of July from standard bank which leads me to believe that the process only started on the 9th and no other bank has been contacted since. I had until the 15th of July to respond to seller. I am very unhappy with service received and I would suggest that any buyer who wants to use a Bond originator go through SA Homeloans and stay away from secubond, clearly they are not capable of keeping their promises and agreed service level agreements as stipulated in the following mail: From: secubondyvonne
