I received letters from JMPD that I qualify for a refund on 3 of my infringements due to technical software error identified with the camera software. I filled in the refund forms and e-mailed to the relevant e-mail addresses as provided. For over 2 months I have had no response. I tried calling the numbers provided for telephone enquires - no answer or busy. I tried faxing the forms through - there is no answer from the fax number. I have no means of getting feedback from the JMPD or, it seems, getting re-embursed.
