I applied for a home loan online and have submitted all the requested documentation. i have tried following up on the status of the application mutliple times but after sitting on hold for 20 minutes at a time i get nowhere. a call centre agent eventually called me and i advised her to mail me so that i had her details for future communication but again, NOTHING. very disappointed with the service
