Bad service and disappointed

I HAD AN ACCIDENT IN JANUARY AND SUBMITTED A CLAIM TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY, I WAS TOLD THE CAR WAS A WRITE OFF AND THAT I MUST RELINQUISH MY RIGHTS TO THE CAR SO THAT THEY CAN RECOVER THEIR COSTS. THIS MEANT THAT I WAS LEFT WITH A DEBT OF ABOUT R96 000.00 AND WITHOUT A CAR. I THEN REJECTED THE OFFER AND PROPOSED THAT THEY GIVE THE CAR BACK SO THAT I CAN GET IT REPAIRED MYSELF. THEY GAVE A CONDITION THAT THEY WILL CONSIDER IT IF THE BANK AGREED TO THE PROPOSAL WHICH IS NOT ON AS THIS HAS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BANK CAUSE I AM PAYING THE BANK AS PER OUR CONTRACT. THEY MOVED MY CAR FROM BURGERSFORT TO POLOKWANE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND THE PLACE WHERE THE CAR IS KEPT THEY ARE REFUSING ACCESS TO TAKE PICTURES AND PEOPLE TO ASSESS THE CAR. THE INSURANCE COMPANY DID NOT EVEN WANT TO DISCLOSE THE INFO OF WHERE MY CAR WAS, I HAD TO CALL LEBOWA PANELBEATERS TO GET THAT INFO. MY QUESTION TO THEM IS THAT WHY IS THE INSURANCE COMPANY DUCKING AND DIVING WHEN THEY HAVE TO DELIVER ON THE SERVICES WHICH WERE AGREED ON WHEN I JOINED THEM. THEY NEED TO BE OPEN ABOUT HOW THEY OPERATE. MAYBE THE CAR WAS STRIP FOR PARTS OR EVEN SOLD BEFORE WE CONCLUDED THE CLAIM.THEY ARE STILL DEBITING MY ACCOUNT
