was very helpful. the profile was created with only one of the accounts and was asked to visit a branch to link the balance, this was done on friday12.04.13. after about 2 hours I logged again and the other accounts was not there. I called the call centre immediately the consultant kept me waiting and waiting to no avail. this morning15.04.13 I called again and spoke to Mohammed who undertook to get the first helpful consultant to call back to no avail. I cannot reason why I could not be connected immediately, there is no point in leaving messages when I am not getting any response. yet when a call is answered it goes like WITH WHOM I HAVE A PLEASURE IN TALKING TO.
