I visited the brandwag (main) branch on Friday afternoon. When I got there, there were people waiting from 10h that morning already. The poor sales consultant was running about to try to give everyone service. It is absolutely DISGRACEFUL that in a city like Bloemfontein, the MAIN ABSA branch only has ONE sales consultant in their service. I waited for 2 hours and the consultant was still busy with previous customers, so I left.
ABSA should really pull up their socks!
Please take note that this is not a complaint about the consultant, but about ABSA who are quick to charge thousands of rands for bank charges, but can't employ enough staff to give their customers excellent service!
