NEDBANK CUSTOMER CARE!!!

I tried calling the Ned bank customer care line 3 times. I was transferred from one person to the next person 5 times and then was still not helped. I spent 22 minutes on the phone to a person, who kept telling me I was pushing buttons on the phone when I was not doing anything. I needed a simple thing done, which was having my Credit card updated on my Internet banking, and no one could help me. I think this service is disgusting! I then phone the Ned bank Northmead square and the lady I dealt with had no clue on what I was asking her. I have been with Ned bank for about 5 years now and I am very disgusted with the service I have received. Being on the phone for 22 minutes costs me money, they aren't going to pay for my telephone bill, but yet they transfer you from one person to another, it seems as if the call centre does not even know how to help a customer. I AM HIGHLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS!!!
