I contacted the call centre on Wednesday 10/04, and requested the cancelation of my policy. I can NEVER get through when I contact your call centre, I either have to hold on for ages or leave a message and hope someone will phone me back. I left a message with Vallery on Wednesday, ref: 2800954797, and she promised that someone will contact me back within 48 hours to action the cancelation request. It is now almost a week later, and I'm still waiting for your call? I would rather pay more and insure elsewhere, than to be stuck with bad service from Discovery.
