Outsurance is not responsive and helpful as they claim to be on all the media Ads, in my opinion. On Jan 8 I sent Outsurance my damage report from Vodacom as they have requested from me and I also requested they give me a call just for feedback. The day after I sent Outsurance another email, quote "Please can someone at Outsurance take ownership of this claim and give feedback! Thanks.". Today is Jan 11, and still no feedback. This is the first time I'm claiming for something, if I only knew it is like this I would have moved already.
