One of these queries was lodged in February 2013. The complaints was in respect of my Credit Card and also in respect of the Smart account which I opened at FNB.

Bank charges of R481 over a two month period. I was advised that the fees for a Smart account is R48.00.

Staff is unhelpfule and lazy
