I heard about Discovery Insure through a friend and heard about their DQ points system and their principle of preventing accidents rather than just paying out settlements when the happen.
I immediately decided to do some research, I found most of the info I was looking for on their website, except for a breakdown of the DQ points.
I phoned for a quote and spoke to Cheryl, the quote was emailed to me 2 months later after I phoned a different call centre agent.
Then I phoned Cheryl again to ask for a breakdown of the DQ points system, she said she would email me the details, I'm still waiting for her email.
I really do want to sign up for you insurance as I think it is a stunning idea, and really show initiative and ingenuity in the industry, but unfortunately if I can't even receive an email from your consultants I can't imagine how difficult it is going to be if I ever need to claim for anything...
