Where do I start?
I had a harassment issue with RCS external collections department MBD contacted Game and RCS for help and Finally got some help from a Johan Ras. He seemed to understand my predicament and was very courteous.
He offered me a resolution on the matter at hand and we were discussing the final details of it, but you know when they say "if something sounds too good to be true it probably is? "
Well I hadn't heard from Mr Ras in a week after he offered me a solution and I became worried I called RCS and guess what Johan Ras is no longer at RCS, No one knows about this issue and the only other senior Mathew Byrons that spoke to us is also gone.
I am so of its not even funny, I contacted a lady named Carmen at RCS who promised me feedback on Friday... its Monday and im still non the wiser. RCS just don't seem to care and the cherry on top is now that MBD is not harassing me RCS is, Carmen said she will take the account of the collections system and guess what? the same day I get yet another call from them, and an sms at 1:07 in the morning, ive so had it with these people they don't seem to understand anything about customer service.
